Light steel Frame construction has a very high strength to weight ratio and adds to the robustness of our units which makes them transportable. LSF has dimensional stability and precision of manufacture is to the millimeter. The frame is 100% fireproof, environmentally friendly and termite proof. studies have shown that the frame lasts up to 350 years when cladded. Total building weight is a mere 10% compared to conventional building (Brick and mortar).

The embodied carbon is a measure of the energy required to manufacture the materials and to transport and construct the building elements and includes the wastage of materials. An assessment has been carried out for infill walling systems all designed to achieve the same level of performance and leads to about a 60% reduction in embodied carbon relative to conventional building.

The importance of energy efficiency has sky rocketed worldwide because of blackouts resulting from the energy-crisis. Navah units can be upgraded to be off the grid and therefore limit the effects of load-shedding. Navah units are very well insulated in the wall, floor and ceiling cavity which results in our units being cool in the summer and warm in the winter and uses minimal energy to heat up or cool down which results in cheaper energy bills.

Careful and precise planning has been done to make our units easily transportable. The complete manufactured unit is loaded onto a truck and delivered to your site and is ready to be occupied or used immediately - you just plug and play. Electricity and water connections are  installed in out of sight places as to not impose on the aesthetically pleasing look of our units. Units can be put on level ground, stilts or paving. Our 10sq unit weighs 1.4T and the 18sq unit just over 2T's. Units can then easily be moved to a different location after a period or if sold to a new proud owner.
